Metrostav Development was established in 2008 through the spin-off of the Development division from Metrostav a.s. Prior to that, it operated within Metrostav a.s., a company founded in 1971, and had been active in development since the 1990s as part of the wider Metrostav Group.
Since 2008, we have delivered over 2,800 flats and numerous commercial projects in key locations across the Czech Republic. From early residential developments such as Bydlenà Cibulka in Prague 5 to modern office complexes including Administrativnà centrum Palmovka, our projects have helped shape neighbourhoods and contribute to the quality of urban life.
