As General Manager at Metrostav Development a.s., Ondřej combines decades of real estate experience with a clear vision for creating cities shaped around people. He has worked in development since the mid‑1990s and leads his team with integrity, long‑term thinking, and a commitment to building homes and workplaces that truly support everyday life. Outside of work, he values family, balance, and the belief that urban spaces should feel welcoming, sustainable, and connected.

Development Director

Petr, the Development Director at Metrostav Development, brings more than two decades of experience in real estate development. He guides projects from early concepts to finished homes and workplaces, always with a focus on long term thinking, responsibility, and a deep respect for how buildings shape everyday life. He believes development is more than construction. It is about caring for public space, supporting communities, and creating places that feel meaningful and lasting for the people who use them.

Lukáš Kvítek

CFO

As Chief Financial Officer at Metrostav Development, Lukáš brings deep financial expertise and steady guidance to every project. He ensures our plans stay realistic, budgets stay healthy, and we build with both ambition and responsibility.
